Weeks after being loaned out to Saudi Arabia’s Al-Ahli, New York City FC winger Alexandru Mitrita made a debut worth noting today. In his first appearance with the club, Mitri came on as a substitute and scored what would ultimately be the game-winning goal in the 73rd minute.
New York City loaned Romanian midfielder Alexandru Mitrita out to Al Ahly in Saudi Arabia earlier this month.
And it looks like he’s enjoying it so far.
