The Saints and Bucs have announced their inactive lists for the NFC South tilt. For New Orleans, the club will be leaving cornerback Delvin Breaux and safety Rafeal Bush out of uniform. Breaux, who is looking to see his first action of 2017 after surgery on his leg, experienced soreness this week. Bush is a healthy scratch.
