The New Orleans Saints wide receiver corps is in a bad way. Starting wideouts Michael Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders are sidelined another week, and the hero of last week’s victory, Marquez Callaway, is also out of action after a late-game ankle injury.
It’s going to be tough to field a complete receiving corps any way you hash it. The team hasn’t called anyone up from the practice squad just yet, but last week’s gameday promotions Juwan Johnson and Austin Carr should get another look, as could someone else with Callaway not cleared to play.
