The New Orleans Saints have rotated through several quarterbacks who were unable to get the job done over the course of the last two seasons, resulting in extended offensive struggles. Derek Carr, Spencer Rattler and even Jake Haener had a chance to run the offense, but it just hasn't completely clicked. Tyler Shough is changing that.
After two seasons of offensive inconsistency at the quarterback position, the Saints finally showed signs of stability and production. New Orleans won its third straight game with a dominant 29-6 victory over the New York Jets, led by Shough.
Shough completed 32 out of 49 of his passes and threw for 308 yards, surpassing his previous career high of 282 yards.
