The NFL now has a bigger pass interference problem than it had before

Remember this offseason, when the NFL’s Competition Committee agreed to make pass interference reviewable to hopefully avoid another mess like the one that happened in the NFC Championship Game — the non-call that may have cost the Saints a trip to the Super Bowl?

Well, the league seems to be in “ready-fire-aim” form on the inner workings of the new rule. With 13:31 left in the fourth quarter of the Bengals’ 23-13 win over the Redskins on Thursday night, Dwayne Haskins underthrew a deep pass to receiver Kelvin Harmon, who had to come back to the ball to try and catch it.
