The CFL can review pass interference. Why can't the NFL?

The Canadian Football League made a revolutionary decision in 2015, allowing for replays on pass interference decisions – and by all accounts, that adjustment has been a wide-ranging success. The NFL should follow suit,so that no team suffers a loss the way the New Orleans Saints did. It’s clear that human error impacted the 2018 NFC championship game too badly, resulting in a lost Saints possession near the end of the game – putting nails in the coffin for their season, and Super Bowl aspirations.

Per a 2016 USA Today report, 50 challenges disputing pass interference occurred in 69 CFL games, and just 18 instances saw the decision overturned.
