Teddy Bridgewater leads a team effort, Saints upset Seahawks in 33-27 win

New Orleans Saints coach Sean Payton and defensive coordinator Dennis Allen called their best game of the year in a huge road victory over the Seattle Seahawks. The Saints were effective in all three phases of the game, scoring touchdowns on special teams (with a Deonte Harris punt return), defense (on a Vonn Bell fumble recovery), and offense (mostly off of Alvin Kamara’s efforts) to bury the Seahawks in their own building. And backup quarterback Teddy Bridgewater was at the center of it all.

Bridgewater had his best performance in black and gold, playing with a confidence and decisiveness that Saints fans hadn’t seen before.
