Panthers star linebacker Luke Kuechly will not play Sunday against the Saints as he remains in the NFL's concussion protocol, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.
It will mark the second straight game that Kuechly has missed since being diagnosed with a concussion in Carolina's season opener.
