Go back to the end of the 2018 Season for the Saints. Coming off the loss in the NFC Championship Game to the Rams and the collective outrage of the team, it’s ownership and the city of New Orleans to the No-Call, there was nothing but hatred and outrage over commissioner Roger Goodell’s handling of the issue.
That went all the way to a massive protest by Who Dats on Super Bowl Sunday and a rule change championed by Sean Payton and Gayle Benson that will alter the way pass interference is called and not called in the future.
