Gumbo is about as New Orleans as it gets and, as a proper noun, he’s one of the mascots of the New Orleans Saints. The other is Sir Saint. To most people, he’s just a guy with a big chin. If you don’t already know, this will take a little explaining. And that’s why Saintstory is here.
