Nick Underhill of the Advocate reports that the Saints brought in free agent RB Khiry Robinson for a workout on Monday.
Robinson tried out for the Jaguars and Jets this summer but neither offered him a contract.
Robinson, 27, wound up signing on with the Saints as an undrafted free agent out of West Texas A&M back in 2013. He managed to make the team’s 53-man roster in all three years with the Saints.
The Jets ultimately signed him to a one-year, $1.175 million contract as a free agent last year.
