The New Orleans Saints have issued their Friday, Sep 6, injury report for Week 1 ahead of Monday night’s showdown in the Superdome against the Houston Texans. Two changes are noted from yesterday’s report, both good news for the Saints.
The bad news for the Saints is that Mario Edwards was still sitting out practice. Unlike usual Friday injury reports, before a Monday night game, there will be a Saturday report to determine a final status for these players.
Fullback Zach Line has been dealing with a knee issue but he was upgraded from limited participation to full participation on Friday.
