Saints wearing their Sunday best in Week 7 at Bears

The New Orleans Saints must have liked the response to the new uniform combination they debuted last week against the Jacksonville Jaguars, because they’ll continue pairing the same white away jerseys with white pants in Week 7 against the Chicago Bears. It’s just the second time this unique combination has been worn since New Orleans hired head coach Sean Payton back in 2006; they’ve used black or gold pants in almost every other game since.

This of course doesn’t consider the Color Rush alternate jerseys and pants the Saints have broken out in recent years, but fans shouldn’t hold their breath in hopes of seeing them again soon — NFL rules stipulate that alternate jerseys and throwbacks can only be worn three times each year, and the Saints have used them twice already in 2019.
