The Saints struck absolute gold in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft with the pick of Ohio State’s Michael Thomas. He’s been showing the world how good he is for the past two years in New Orleans, yet some folks out there are slow to get the message.
In his first year with the Saints he broke the rookie receiver records held by Marques Colston since 2006. Most yards (1,137), receptions (92) and touchdowns (9). In his second season he became the fastest rookie in NFL history to hit 2,382 yards in his first two years.
