Early in the offseason, things were looking downright dire for the Saints with their interior defensive line. With a looming suspension for David Onyemata and Sheldon Rankins missing at least 6-8 games recovering from surgery, something drastic was going to have to be done.
Now, getting closer to training camp, everybody has had a chance to breathe, some moves have been made and the general consensus seems to be that we’re going to get through this.
The first good piece of news came last week when David Onyemata’s suspension was delivered from on high and it was only one game.
