The Saints wrapped their mandatory minicamp today, Thursday, Jun 13, and signed former Dolphins, Titans and Jets wide receiver Rishard Matthews who had been in for tryouts at the start of the three-day event. To make room on the roster for Matthews, the Saints are finally parting ways with former LSU receiver Travin Dural who was going into his third year with the team.
Travin Dural has had one of the more unlucky careers since coming out of high school in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana in 2012. He was a four-star recruit when he landed on campus in Baton Rouge but had to miss that year with a torn meniscus.
