New Orleans Saints assistant general manager/director of college scouting Jeff Ireland was one of 17 credentialed team officials on hand for the LSU Tigers pro day, and he liked what he saw in 2019 NFL Draft prospect Foster Moreau. Larry Holder of the Athletic reported that the Saints were “paying close attention” to Moreau’s showing at the pro day.
“I like him, he’s big,” Ireland said to Luke Johnson of the Times-Picayune of the 6-foot-4, 253 pound tight end. “It’s different when you see a kid on the sideline and you see his size, then you see him in shorts and t-shirts.
