The New Orleans Saints officially released LB Bryan Braman and LS Jon Dorenbos from the injured reserve and non-football illness list respectively.
Braman, 30, originally signed on with the Texans as an undrafted free agent out of West Texas A&M back in 2011. He spent three years in Houston before signing on with the Eagles and playing another three seasons for Philadelphia.
The Saints signed Braman to a contract a few weeks ago.
In 2016, Braman appeared in all 16 games and recorded five tackles, largely as a special teams contributor.
