Sean Payton is a gambler, and this past weekend we saw another sign that he’s willing to put something on the line. This one was a no-lose proposition though. This wager resulted in two charities getting donations.
The New Orleans Saints head coach who gambled on the health of free agent Drew Brees years ago found himself squared off against Philadelphia Eagles head guy Doug Pederson. While the two didn’t get a chance to meet in the NFC Championship game this past January, they did find themselves part of the American Century Championship Pro-Am golf event. The two made a wager on who would end up with the better score.
