Former Saints' DC Rob Ryan's father passed away on Tuesday. Although the Saints didn't leave it on the best of terms with his son, Buddy was an iconic figure among defensive coaches, the creator of the 46 defense and the mastermind behind the 85 Bears, one of the best defenses in NFL history.
