Who Dat Dish took a nice helping of criticism for our last mock draft. In it, we had the Saints taking LSU receiver D.J. Chark at pick 27 in the first round. It was called a reach. We were criticized for playing to the home crowd. Now Chark is seeing his stock rise quickly and at just the right time. The 2018 NFL Draft is ten days away and there’s no better time to peak.
Of course, things may have changed for the Saints since that last mock. It was mistakenly called a “post free agency” mock but the Saints, it turns out, weren’t through with their shopping.
