Saints first NFL team to host Women's World Football Games

The New Orleans Saints became the first NFL team to host the Women’s World Football Games this week, an event that has been organized by USA Football for the past three years.

A total of 220 women’s football players from 17 countries are attending the six-day camp at the Saints' practice facility to get instruction from USA Football’s Heads Up Football coaches and hear from guest speakers such as Jen Welter – who became the NFL’s first female coach when she served as a coaching intern with the Arizona Cardinals last summer. They will finish with a series of games on Sunday.
