Head’s up, you get an interception, Craig Robertson! It’s raining cats and dogs, Demario Davis, but you get an interception too!
I’m not even exaggerating. All four Saints quarterbacks – Drew Brees, Taysom Hill, Tom Savage, and J.T. Barrett – had the misfortune of turning the ball over in team drills. And those interceptions often came from linebackers making great plays in coverage rather than careless passing.
Defenders found ways to disrupt the offense even when the ball wasn’t taken away.
