Power rankings are fun. Power rankings are for entertainment purposes only. You may use them for whatever purposes you want but at your own risk. Throughout the season, they’re largely nothing more than opinion. So take it with a grain of salt as Bleacher Report just issued their first of 2018 and have the Saints at number four.
Just to remind you how pointless these things are as a predictor of future performance, ESPN’s first power ranking of 2017 had the Eagles at 15 and the Saints at 23. That ranking for the Saints made them last out of the four teams in the NFC South.
