WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. — The New Orleans Saints altered their training camp schedule, canceling practice Sunday morning and adding a session on Monday morning at The Greenbrier.
The change gives players a day off after a couple hard-hitting practices Friday and Saturday, but it means they'll practice Monday before flying to New England. With joint practices against the Patriots on Tuesday and Wednesday, followed by the preseason game on Thursday, Aug. 11.
It's unclear why the Saints made the change to the schedule the team announced back on June 21.
