Saints Bounce Back, Defeat Bucs 34-17 On the Road

After an incredibly disappointing 26-9 loss to the Atlanta Falcons in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome last Sunday, the New Orleans Saints (8-2) were looking to bounce back as they took on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-7) in Tampa in their second consecutive division game. In order to keep pace with the Green Bay Packers (8-2) and the San Francisco 49ers (8-1) atop the NFC, the Saints had no choice but to bow their neck and try to grab a suddenly much-needed victory in Tampa.

IN THE FIRST HALF, the Saints received the ball and proceeded to dominate the time of possession, however their red zone issues reared their ugly head once again, as New Orleans would twice drive deep into Tampa Bay territory but fail to cash in via the touchdown, instead settling for two field goals early to take a 6-0 lead.
