It was announced on Wednesday that the Saints had removed offensive guard Kristjan Sokoli from the practice squad. On Thursday, Justin Hardee was added to bring the practice squad back to ten players.
There are actually 11 players including international player DE Alex Jenkins but he doesn’t count toward the 10 player limit.
Justin Hardee is an interesting story. The 6’1″ 200-pound rookie out of the University of Illinois has been in training camp and preseason with the Houston Texans as a wide receiver. For the Saints he’s converting to cornerback and will be wearing the jersey number 34.
