The big storyline dominating the NFL’s Week 2 games was the injury bug: star talent on both sides of the ball was cut down from coast to coast, ranging from New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley to San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa. Great as some matchups were, it was sobering to see so many impressive players carted off with injuries.
But now the New Orleans Saints and Las Vegas Raiders are hours away from wrapping up Week 2, and every spotlight will be trained on Allegiant Stadium when they kick off. Hopefully they keep it clean and both teams avoid the injury issues that plagued their peers.
