Bookmaker.eu has released their updated 2017 playoff odds for teams still in contention. With Philadelphia and Pittsburgh clinching their divisions Sunday, and New England as close of a lock as could be, the New Saints currently have the second largest odds to qualify at -1600.
They sit behind the Jacksonville Jaguars at -10,000. Betters would have to risk $1,600 to win only $100 if the Saints make the playoffs. If anyone forsees a giant tailspin and New Orleans not making the dance, the odds would be much better. At +800, a $100 bet would net eight times that in return.
