Vaughn McClure, Atlanta Falcons reporter: The race should be a close one again, based on FPI projecting at least nine wins for the Saints, Panthers, and Falcons. The Saints took the title last season with an 11-5 record, while the Panthers (11-5) and Falcons (10-6) also made the field. No one can ever bet against Drew Brees, but the Falcons are best equipped to win the division.
