The New Orleans Saints currently employ four main wide receivers — Michael Thomas, Ted Ginn, Tre’Quan Smith, and Keith Kirkwood. Out of those four, there is one quality wide receiver and it shows in the Saints’ offense.
Michael Thomas leads the team in receptions last year. He was followed by tight end Jared Cook and running back Alvin Kamara. The No. 2 receiver was barely a top-five Saint in receptions all of the last year totals.
Ted Ginn is now almost 35 years old and in his 12th season in the NFL. He is on his decline and the New Orleans Saints need to deal with that fact.
