The four week suspension for Saints running back Mark Ingram is finally over. Served. Done. As of today, Monday, Oct. 1, Mark Ingram is a free man and back in the fold with his team.
The wait has been excruciating for Ingram as he’s had to watch his team from the sidelines for the entire month of December. Especially after watching what happened in Week 1 as the Saints were dismantled at home by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
One of the biggest questions for the Saints in the offseason was how they would replace Ingram’s production in the offseason.
