New Orleans Saints super fan Jarrius Robertson is set to receive the Jimmy V Perseverance Award at the 25th Annual ESPYS on July 12.
Robertson, who has been in and out of the hospital his entire life battling a chronic liver condition, had a press conference Thursday morning at the Saints training facility, where he said that he is excited about receiving the prestigious award.
"It's awesome because it means that I'm a star," Robertson said. "One time when I was in the store, a kid followed me to take a picture. It's crazy."
Robertson, 15, recently had his second liver transplant, but he said that he is feeling great.
