This time, if another 7-9 finish is to be avoided, something has to change at the start of the season. New Orleans needs to win games, and the schedule sets up for that outcome to occur.
The Saints open up at home against the Oakland Raiders, go on the road against the New York Giants, host the Atlanta Falcons on Monday Night Football, and then close out the first quarter of the schedule on the road against the San Diego Chargers.
