Just a month ago, former New Orleans Saints defensive back Chauncey "CJ" Gardner-Johnson without a job. Now, he is lighting it up with a coach that some thought he might not be with ever again.
To be specific, that coach is the Chicago Bears defensive coordinator Dennis Allen, who was Gardner-Johnson defensive coordinator back when he was wearing black and gold. Due to the bad breakup between New Orleans and Gardner-Johnson, many thought that he and Allen might not cross paths again. Well, it looks like time really does heal all wounds.
