Former New Orleans Saints cornerback Tracy Porter was in Baton Rouge Wednesday morning on charges including domestic battery and possession of marijuana.
Porter, a former Port Allen standout, was also charged with distribution of a schedule 2 drug according to the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's office's website.
Porter spent four seasons with the Saints including their Super Bowl winning season in 2009. In the Super Bowl victory against the Indianapolis Colts, Porter returned an interception for a touchdown.
He last played for the Chicago Bears in 2016 where he started 15 of 16 games.
