FOXBOROUGH, Mass. — New Orleans Saints players have regularly discussed the added comfort on defensive coordinator Dennis Allen's scheme for 2016.
And the Saints hope that a more comfortable defense can lead opposing offenses to be uncomfortable.
"I think the more comfortable guys feel in the scheme and the more they understand what their responsibility is, the more freedom they have to disguise and give the offense some different looks," Allen said during the first week of training camp.
But, even though the Saints want to keep offenses guessing during the season, don't expect them to reveal their new looks during the preseason schedule, which starts Thursday at 6:30 p.
