Anthony Barr could live his best life with a stop in New Orleans

Minnesota Vikings linebacker Anthony Barr is a prodigious athlete. His college career began at running back, but a move to defensive end vaulted him into the top of the 2014 NFL Draft class. Barr produced 23.5 sacks in his final two collegiate seasons, beating almost every blocker he went up against with raw speed off the snap and flexibility to get low. Then he was drafted by Minnesota, trained to fit a more traditional linebacker role, and hasn’t been nearly as successful.

Sure, Barr has been a good player. At times he’s been great. He’s made the Pro Bowl in the last four consecutive years for good reason.
