Out of Hampton University and another native Georgian on the 90-man roster, reserve tackle Michael Ola was with the Saints last year but had to deal with a high ankle sprain suffered in Week 14. He was still able to contribute with one start and appeared in seven games. The competition for a roster spot will be much more fierce in 2019 though. Last year the Saints were pulling people off their couches to come play. This year the 90-man roster is well-stocked with players ready to get in the game.
