Back in May of this year, Bleacher Report ran a piece titled “Ranking every NFL team’s quarterback situation heading into 2019 Season” by Maurice Moton. Out of the 32 teams in the NFL, Moton ranked the Saints number one in this particular area with Drew Brees, Teddy Bridgewater, Taysom Hill and J.T. Barrett making up the quarterback group in New Orleans.
Everyone felt pretty good about where the Saints stood and there was an obvious pecking order. Of course, Brees is Brees. Then behind him, you had Bridgewater, once a rising star who had it all taken from him due to a freak injury.
