Right now, Taysom Hill is the only non-Brees passer under contract beyond 2020 (if we aren’t counting quarterback-turned-tight end Tommy Stevens on the practice squad). And Hill is earning a starting quarterback’s paycheck next year, counting $16.1 million against the salary cap.
