The New Orleans Saints need a No. 2 wide receiver.
That is not new news to anyone. Ted Ginn will certainly be let go as he is a free agent this year. Keith Kirkwood missed all of last year with an injury, so who knows how he will bounce back from that.
Tre’Quan Smith got more opportunity than Kirkwood did, but Smith did not do anything with that opportunity. Because of that, the Saints are in desperate need of a No. 2 receiver to pair with Michael Thomas who is coming off of a historical season.
Their options are, in reality, narrowed down to the free agency and the draft.
