In a heartwarming Saints news update for today, the New Orleans Saints went out of their way to show their respect for former Buffalo Bills great Jim Kelly as he recovers from his last rounds of treatment for sinus cancer.
Per the New Orleans Saints' official website, Kelly's daughter, Erin, posted this next photo of the gift on Instagram with this description- “Wow!!!! Incredibly blessed!!! Thank you to the entire New Orleans Saints team for signing this for my dad and for praying for him!!!! Love the NFL family! #prayersforjk #kellytough”
Jim's wife, Jill, had this to say on her own Instagram account after the poster was delivered: “And then the FedEx truck pulls up and out comes this huge box with a message of HOPE and prayer from the entire #NewOrleansSaints team WOW! Thank you @neworleanssaints JK is feeling extra loved and blessed right now!”
Kelly is currently finished with chemotherapy and radiation treatment after encountering his second bout with cancer. He has been recovering at home for the past couple of weeks.
