Some new blood join the NBA's elite. Both Draymond Green and Giannis Antetokounmpo jump into the top 10, putting themselves in conversation with the likes of Chris Paul, James Harden, Anthony Davis, Russell Westbrook, Stephen Curry and Kawhi Leonard.
