In a change related to several updates by TNT to its national broadcast schedule, the NBA announced this afternoon that the Thursday, Feb. 4 game between New Orleans and the Los Angeles Lakers will have a new tip-off time. The start of the matchup in the Smoothie King Center has been pushed back to 8:30 p.m. Central, making it the second half of TNT’s doubleheader that night, instead of the opener.
The Feb. 4 contest is scheduled to be Kobe Bryant’s second-to-last appearance in New Orleans of his NBA career. The Pelicans and Lakers also meet April 8 in Louisiana.
