It’s not uncommon for NBA teammates to praise each other publicly to the media, but it’s a bit unusual to hear someone describe a player he’s only known for three days as “perfect” for his team’s offensive attack. After just two games on the same club as New Orleans 10-day contract signee Tim Frazier, however, high-scoring forward Ryan Anderson used that description Friday when discussing the new reserve point guard.
“I love Tim. The guy can play,” said Anderson, who has averaged 29.5 points since Frazier joined New Orleans on Wednesday. “He’s a perfect point guard for this kind of system, a point guard who penetrates.
