According to Zach Lowe of ESPN, the New Orleans Pelicans are hiring Swin Cash for a senior position within the front office.
The team will name Cash vice president of basketball operations and team development, sources say. She will scout, help guide player development on and off the floor, and assume other roles within the organization.
Cash’s resume is as long as it is impressive. After winning three titles in an illustrious 15-year career, she was named one of the twenty greatest and most influential players in WNBA history.
