The idea is proving successful as the league has expanded for its third season. The most successful Big3 teams will battle for championship places at the Smoothie King Center on August 25.
The team names might be a bit wonky for some taste. The basketball product is an abbreviated version of the full court run of the NBA. The ballers can ball though, and the level of play is higher than most give it credit.
