Add yet another item to the list of first-time accomplishments for New Orleans Pelicans power forward Anthony Davis in 2014-15.
On Thursday morning, the league announced that the 22-year-old has been named to the All-NBA first team, the initial time Davis has been selected to any of the three All-NBA teams (after his breakout season of 2013-14, he received 40 voting points but came up shy of qualifying for the third team).
Here are some of the other notable first-time achievements by Davis during the 2014-15 campaign:
- He appeared in the NBA playoffs after leading the Pelicans to a 45-37 mark, the franchise's first winning season since 2010-11.
