For New Orleans Pelicans fans, Saturday’s All-Star Festivities might have been tough to watch.
In the first event of the night cap, Pelicans’ star Anthony Davis set off in the Taco Bell Skills Challenge. He would match up in the first round with Nikola Jokic.
After taking a big lead early on, Davis seemed set to move on to the next round. All he had to do was make a three-pointer.
He did not make a three-pointer.
Davis would be eliminated in the first round for the second year in a row. However, Anthony was representing the “Bigs” in the competition, who took home the win.
